I recently hired LF Beauty Floors to completely replace my first floor and I could not be happier with both the result and the service. Despite how busy contractors are these days, they were responsive and took the time to spend several weeks exploring options and answering questions before work even began. They then secured me special pricing on materials when they could, and explained that they could not beat other vendors when they couldn't. There was never any pressure to do anything or buy anything specific. At first I did have to send a few follow-up emails to move the process along, but again, considering how busy contractors are, this is not out of the ordinary at all today.
Once the installation started, they finished in about half the time they estimated - and that included doing a recommended upgrade only after they discovered some issues with my subfloor. It was a pleasure to watch the guys work. I work from home (upstairs, while the work happened downstairs), so they were house guests during the project - they were clean, efficient, and polite. I was amazed at their craftmanship and quickly realized that my investment was well worth the money.
The finished product is nothing short of amazing. We are so happy with it, and the quality of the installation shows immediately. Price-wise it's in range of what you find when you search market rates for various projects - nothing out of the ordinary. Professional home improvement is not "cheap" by any means, especially if done right, but it's so worth it.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to do some remodeling, and in fact, have asked them for some additional quotes for future projects (not just floors).

My parents had there floor done first and they were really impressed, I then got in touch and scheduled an appt for estimate. From the beginning of first visit for measurements, customer service setting up install date, the guys that installed the floor, and coming back checking the final results, All I can say is Professional, Respectable and they clean up and haul everything away. I will never use any other company for my future projects.

Had the pleasure of meeting both owners of LF Flooring while doing a flip house of mine, Leo and Lucas are amazing. Work turned out better than I had pictured, great price and all around great to deal with. Will be using them for all of my future homes and recommend them to any of my clients that choose to renovate!
